Kick off Sunday Funday the right way with a bodyweight BOOTCAMP FOLLOWED BY A REVITALIZING YOGA FLOW LED BY FITBIT LOCAL AMBASSADORS Buddy Macuha and Emma Elfving [https://blog.fitbit.com/fitbit-local-san-francisco-ca/]! Join us as we sweat, smile and get our heart rates up with a circuit style workout guaranteed to burn calories and increase your metabolism. Post-bootcamp, we'll stretch out our muscles in a cool down yoga flow. Bring a yoga mat, water and towel! Wear sneakers.  Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and bring a smile.
