Here's what we'll do: * sessions are 90 min. each * stretching actively + in a restorative way for about 65 minutes * meditation for about 15 minutes, savasana for 10 * deep, steady somatic-- working with the breath all the way through STRETCHING INSPIRED BY YOGA & Feldenkrais. Meditation, accessible and body-based. Zero sun salutes or sweating involved. Everyone welcome, lots of support & modifications as appropriate. That's it. Let's STRETCH & MEDITATE. Each 90 minute session will feature a unique sequence. Choose a single session or register for all 4 for a special price. _WANNA JOIN?
