Havana Nights! Girls in Tech Fundraising Gala

Join Silicon Valley's tech leaders and Girls in Tech for its second annual fundraiser "Havana Nights," a celebratory evening spotlighting female innovators who are breaking barriers in the 21st Century! Featuring a hot Cuban Salsa Music, Dancers, a 3-course Cuban Dining Experience, a Rum Tasting and Cigar-rolling Station, and an entertaining Live Auction, this dynamic evening will be prove to be a night to remember.

6:00 PM   Doors open. Live performance from Fito Reinoso 8-piece Cuban band. Enjoy Hors D'oeuvres and hosted bar during our cocktail hour.

Julia Hartz is an entrepreneur, investor and the Co-Founder and CEO of Eventbrite, which powers over 2 million events around the world each year. Under her leadership the company has generated billions in gross ticket sales, processes between 2-3 million tickets each week to events and experiences in 180 countries, and is consistently recognized for their award-winning culture and workplace. Julia has been honored as one of Fortune’s 40 Under 40 business leaders (2015 & 2017), Inc.’s 35 under 35 (2014), Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs (2013), and has been profiled for her leadership and impact in top publications around the world. Julia landed in Silicon Valley via Hollywood where she began her career as a development executive at MTV and FX Networks.
