American Kidney Fund’s Kidney Action Day offers free health
screenings, healthy food samples, interactive fitness demonstrations,
prizes and giveaways, and lots of entertainment and activities for the
entire family. Take ACTION FOR YOUR HEALTH AND Join us at San Jose
Flea Market from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for a day of awareness and
