Join me for the launch of the new ME Sales Coaching tool AND the release of the new Full Circle training. In this class we will prepare you to launch the new full circle in your locations, which focuses on a consumer inspired experience for our customers. We will also ensure you are prepared with the tools to roll this out by identifying growth opportunities in your staff and the best ways to coach them to success.
Pre-Work:
-Complete the Sales Coaching MEU course on MEU. (3 video modules) This is a requirement to attend the class.
- Print out the "Sales Coaching Observations" Form from MEU. Complete at least a week of observations of each FDA associate and complete the form.(3-5 guests per associate) BRING COMPLETED FORMS TO TRAINING (You can also do this for Estheticians). To do observations, here are some tips: Remain Silent • Observe over a period of time • Look for patterns of behavior (This isn't the time for coaching, yet!)
WHAT TO BRING:
- Clinic Flash Report for 2018 to date
- Sales Summary for April-May to date (This report can be found on the portal)
- MR245 for April - May to date (Millennium Report - Same time period as the sales summary)
- Observations Forms for all FDA Associates from your location
- "Feedback Form" from MEU. Bring 1 per FDA Associate in your location
-"Sales Coaching Playbook" from MEU. 1 per participant in class
