Description Start the day off with movement and join certified Yoga
Instructor, Lynn, for an early morning yoga class. The class will
focus on mobility, flexibility, and stability. This class will focus
on functional fitness incorporating strength-building poses to help
you move with ease and confidence in your daily life. The ability to
exercise using a floor mat and to stand up from the ground using a
chair for stability is required. Yoga mats and supplies will be
provided. Bring your own equipment if you prefer.
Your 10 pass will be issued in person at your next session. Please
present the pass at the beginning of each class.
