Mindfulness is a type of meditation without dogma that is simple and suitable for anyone. The foundation of our work lies in the natural environment. We actively include nature as a co-creator of the calming benefits of our retreats. Dallidet Gardens is an ideal setting and offers a superior enhancement for the participants’ experiences of getting more in touch with themselves.
Engage your senses – sound, sight, touch – by sitting, walking and exploring in silent contemplation. Discover how the garden provides a naturally supportive setting. Learn how easy and effortless mindfulness can be. Your skilled guides will help you to enjoy this 2.5 hour fresh, yet timeless, approach. ​
All ages, genders, ethnicities, and abilities are encouraged to participate in this open, accepting space.
