Art Float at Memorial Day Parade

Come see our Art Float for Social Change [http://www.tammakers.org/art-float/] at the Mill Valley Memorial Day Parade [http://mviloveaparade.com/wordpress/] on May 28, 2018.Our PARADE FLOAT FEATURES MOTHER EARTH and a CIRCLE OF HANDS, pulled by the DRAGON QUETZY. Young activists will SING AND SPEAK ABOUT SOCIAL CHANGE -- and artists will share their ideas on our SPINNING CAROUSEL. They want you all to VOTE, SPEAK UP and CREATE A BETTER WORLD!  This community art project was created by Tam Makers [http://www.tammakers.org/], with the generous support of Good Earth [https://www.genatural.com/], Mill Valley Community Action Network [https://www.mvcan.org/] and Tamalpais High School [https://www.tamdistrict.org/tamalpais]. Featured performers include young singer Emma Spike and the Freedom Singers. BETWEEN 10AM AND 1PM, we will march from OLD MILL PARK to TAM HIGH SCHOOL in Mill Valley, along with our creators, performers, partners, volunteer crew -- and everyone who worked on the float.
