Description This program will teach students self-defense, discipline,
to build confidence, and to assist with personal development.
Interested participants are required to sit and observe first class
prior to registering for class. Participants must wear sweats and a
red shirt to class. If the participant has special needs and/or
requires special accommodations related to a disability, please
