THE AIRING OF GRIEVANCES: at the beginning of the FESTIVUS DINNER, each participant tells friends and family all the times they have disappointed him or her the past year.FESTIVUS DINNER: a celebratory “pot luck [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TnOz7BJ0t68__C2JGgqevpk5_g8DiDY4_ztE-A_9Kjc/edit?usp=sharing]” dinner is shown on the evening of festivus prior to the feats of strength. THE FEATS OF STRENGTH: after the dinner, the head of the office tests his or her strength against one participant of the head's choosing.  ------------------------- FAQS WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT? The FESTIVUS DINNER IS A "Pot Luck" style dinner.  We have a list of what each person who is attending will bring [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TnOz7BJ0t68__C2JGgqevpk5_g8DiDY4_ztE-A_9Kjc/edit?usp=sharing]. Please bring a favorite dish or dessert to share. Beer, wine, champagne, & sparkling cider will be provided. WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE EVENING? Christmas festive, be comfortable but dress to impress the season. Keep it Classy.  THERE IS A WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE AT FESTIVUS. This is not mandatory, if you bring a gift for $25 or less you will leave with a gift $25 or less (it might get competitive) _Examples: board games, candles, alcohol, used socks, the whites, bowling balls, etc..._ SANTA WILL BE PRESENT.
