Cesarean Childbirth Class -- February 21, 2019

This course is for those who want to learn about CESAREAN CHILDBIRTH AND ARE NOT registered in one of our CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION CLASSES.Course Content: * Preparation for surgery * Family centered care during birth * Choices for anesthesia, pain relief, and coping techniques * Physical and emotional steps to recovery The Cesarean Childbirth Class is included in the Medical Options portion of our prepared childbirth classes.  If you have a cesarean, many of these medical options will also apply to you.  (If you prefer not to attend the full medical options discussion, you may arrive  at 7:15pm).
