Morning Hatha Yoga Class with Heather

Beginner friendly, open to all levels Heather has been practicing yoga for many years. She loved the practice & how it helped her get through many life situations. Her favorite part about the practice is getting connected to the breath. She finally “went for it” & became a yoga teacher in 2019. She received her certification at Almaden Yoga in San Jose. She likes to try new things, so her class may be a little different than the norm. She works for Art of Yoga Project which helps marginalized youth to learn yoga. She has done a yin workshop & is looking into more workshops to continue her learning. Her passion is to give back to the community so she offers yoga in the park & volunteers at different locations. She is also a mosaic artist who loves any art! Join her for Hatha class on Monday from 10:30-11:30, Vinyasa for all levels on Friday from 11:30-12:30 & kids yoga from 1:30-2:30.
