designed to stretch, align and open the many channels of the body so
that energy can flow freely. this practice will promote circulation,
increase flexibility, build strength and stamina, release tension and
promote relaxation. All levels welcomed. Please bring yoga mat and
towel (some mats provided). Please do not eat for at least one hour
