Want to learn about MINDFULNESS MEDITATION, but don’t know where to start? UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center offers its Mindful Awareness Practices classes in SANTA MONICA. The six-week series teaches students the principles of secular MINDFULNESS, how to develop a personal practice and apply MINDFULNESS IN DAILY LIFE.
