Broadway World’s Don Grigware hails it as “A Pulsating Musical
Journey with Astounding Barbara Minkus, a dynamically talented
singer/actress who commands the stage. Her incredible light shines
brightly at every moment. She may not think she's famous, but she will
live on in our hearts....and that's about as famous as one could wish
to be.” It’s the “Brilliant” (Tolucan Times) Barbara Minkus in
a dynamite world premiere musical, helmed by renowned director Susan
Morgenstern, with musical accompaniment by Ron Barnett. “Terrific!
Highly recommended!” (Culture Corner). If you loved her in Picon Pie
and Funny, You Don’t Look Like a Grandmother, you’ll adore her in
this funny, poignant and powerful evening of theatre as iconic film,
television and Broadway star Barbara Minkus shares private moments,
personal tidbits, and a plethora of musical delights. One of the most
widely adored artists in the business, she toured as Fanny Brice in
Funny Girl, was Lucy in the recording of You're A Good Man Charlie
Brown, starred on Broadway in The Education Of Hyman Kaplan, was a
regular on TV'S Love American Style and Curiosity Shop, and most
recently, played Off-Broadway and Los Angeles in Don't Leave It All to
Your Children. “Barbara delights her audience!” says Curtain
Up’s Bonnie Priever. And Paul Birchall of Stage Raw calls it “An
engaging tour-de-force!” Back for four shows only! Producing
