Gratitude Sunday Restorative Yoga

Hello everyone!I am very much looking forward to hosting you this Sunday for a restorative Yoga practice. Since many of you may not have attended class at YogaONE before, I would recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class, so that you can fill out a liability waiver (very quick process). Our studio can accommodate up to 50 people comfortably.
