started, and many of them sat for a very long time in a beautiful box
on my shelf. On the other hand, we can start very small, dabble a
bit and never really understand how they might have benefitted us.
The truth is that essential oils hold the potential to dramatically
improve our quality of life, and I'd love to help you get started on
your oils journey by sharing how to integrate ten fundamental oils and
blends into your day-to-day, because I believe this is an ideal
foundation for becoming a confident oils user who receives the deepest
long-term benefit.
My style of sharing is to gather with reverence around these gifts of
the earth and acknowledge them for the profoundly healing resources
they are, and from that vantage point we’ll discuss the tangible
aspects of how they support our health.
