Description Lamont Smith Basketball Academy (LSBA) Skills & Drills are for boys and girls seeking to improve their basketball skills and knowledge of the game. Each player will have an opportunity to work on the fundamentals of the game in a repetitive manner. Our prmimary focus will be on: Teaching the rules of the game, Footwork, Ball-Handing, Passing & Catching, Shooting, Finishing, 1-1 moves, Reading & Reacting, Speed & Agility, Change of Direction and Live Situational Competiton. Lamont Smith - Class instructor: Coach Lamont Smaith is an esteemed basketball coach with an impressive track record of success in both youth sports and collegiate coaching.LSBA, founded in 2019 by Lamont Smith, hasseen tremendous growth since its inception. LSBA was created with the vision pf providing a platform for youth basketball players to maximize and advance their skills. Our goal isto grow the game, make a postitive impact, and serve the community. Having coached for over 20 years at the D1 level, Coach Lamont Smith, brings a unique combination of methods, disiclines, and experiences to player development and coaching.
