Learn the fundamentals of ESSENTIAL OILS USAGE AND HOW TO PURE OILS
CAN ALIGN BODY, mind and spirit in support of EMOTIONAL WELLNESS. If
you're seeking a holistic solution to managing stress and anxiety,
this class is for you! We'll walk through oil usage for mind, body and
spirit and discuss simple mindfulness tools and practices for
integrating these into your daily self-care and preventative care
routine.
We open with a brief meditation and a variety of oils will be sampled.
Oils will also be available to purchase for any who are interested.
We meet on the lawn at the southern end of the reservoir, where W
Silver Lake Boulevard meets Redesdale Avenue. There will be a blanket
and sign for Peace.Love.Plants. Note that we will be sitting in the
grass so you are invited to bring a yoga mat or blanket for your
comfort!
