Students are divided into small groups within this age range by both age and skill level. Our non-competitive program teaches technically correct gymnastics using safe progressions. Classes include warm up and conditioning plus instruction on vault, bars, balance beam, floor, air trak, and trampoline. Our experienced instructors will develop your child's strength, flexibility, agility and confidence.
