Do I need a ticket for this event? Printed tickets are not required. Please check in by your last name when you arrive at the registration desk.

What is the dress code for this event? The dress code is business.

What are my parking options at the venue? On-site parking is available in the hotel parking garage at a rate of $20 for self-parking and $26 for valet. Attendees are strongly encouraged to carpool to the event.

What is the refund policy? Refunds (minus the Eventbrite fee which is non-refundable) will be provided for cancellations received with written e-mail notification by April 16, 2026. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations after April 16, 2026.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Fees paid for attendance to the 30th Annual Real Estate Conference are transferable to another attendee of your choice with written e-mail notification to salu@sandiego.edu within 48 business hours of the conference.
