Description THIS IS THE WEDNESDAY MORNING ONLY CLASS! Please bring
your own mat, water, blocks, towels and blankets. Power Vinyasa Flow
(60 min) Classes are vigorous, yet accessible. Welcomes yoga
practitioners, (Ages 18+) of all levels regardless of your flexibility
or level of fitness. Music of Mixed Genres (some explicit language)
This class seamlessly links body, breath, and flow. Focus is on
movement through vibrational breaths, fluid transitions from pose to
pose, and the opening of the heart. ABOUT MYA Yoga: If you're looking
for "Gentle Yoga", this is not it. Come with an open mind, an open
heart and be ready to move. This is yoga with awareness. Fighting with
yourself to get into poses is not the goal. Leave the egos outside.
Exploration and self self study are strongly encouraged. This is a "No
Judge Zone". It's not a fashion show, not a competition not a
comparison chart and definitely not a club. This is a time where you
show up for yourself. Get motivated and get to work! Don't hurt
yourself! Know the fine line of when to take a child's pose and know
when to get back up. It's an art, to find your own edge while
remaining mindful of honoring and truly listening to your body.
Embrace the growth! Bottom line, The emphasis is on YOU, not on any
particular teacher, song, or fellow student. We are challenged every
day of our lives. Not every moment will be "your perfect moment." How
well can you hold it together when you are in an uncomfortable
situation? In the most challenging of moments or poses, what can you
