Let's cook together separately. This ONLINE CLASS IS FOR THOSE WHO
WANT TO COOK A 12-MINUTE SOUP WITH ME. And you get to choose the
ingredients and flavors. Check your pantry and fridge -- you might
have all you need!
This is my "Go-To Soup." I am excited to show you this cooking method
that I developed because it is fast --just 12 MINUTES TO MAKE, and it
is super easy to change the flavor/cuisine.
Agenda:
1) At the start of the CLASS, each of US will quickly state which
version we will make. See choices, below.
2) Then, I will call out and show each step and you will watch me
---and then--- I will watch you do the same step.
3) When the soup is done, each of US will bring our soup bowl to the
camera to show everyone.
4) We all will share our thoughts, ideas, trials and tribulations.
Camera set up:
• My camera: I will have my camera pointing to my cutting board that
will be sitting next to my stovetop with the soup pot.
• Your camera, showing the cutting board: If you want me to see how
you are cutting your ingredients then have your camera pointing to
your cutting board.
• Your camera, showing the soup pot: this is okay too.
• Your camera is off: you can disable your video but bring me on a
screen into your kitchen so that you can see me and follow along.
