Besides learning the FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE AND MOVEMENT OF TAI CHI,
this CLASS IS BOTH FUN AND PRACTICAL.We will continue with basic Tai
Chi principle and Silk-Reeling (???) exercises. In addition, Hun-Yuan
Qigong (??????) exercises, 24 Hun-Yuan Tai Chi forms (?????????????)
and Baguazhang (???) exercises will be introduced in this class.
