Tuesday Night @ Ted's

Are you a fan of Agricola, Catan, Terraforming Mars, Stone Age, Dominion or any other strategy board games ?Are you interested in learning new kinds of strategy board games from experienced players? Ventura County Strategy Boardgamers is the place for people who like strategy boardgames to come together and play. We have a mixture of long and short game for all skill levels, beginners are welcome. Games are always being taught so there is no need to feel shy about not knowing the games. If you are attending on the Tuesday Night for the First Time. The start time is 6:30pm. This will allow more time for people to arrive, or to eat before the event. We get started organizing games at 6:30pm, so people try to show up a little before. The venue The (new) Tuesday location is at Ted's place, we will meet there every fortnight (that's every two weeks). This is the home of a group member, so keep it clean and be thankful that Ted is generously opening up his home to us. Please park up the hill and walk down. The venue can accommodate 24 people, across 5-6 tables. We appreciate it if people update your RSVP if they cannot attend, even at the last minute; because this may allow someone else to attend. What should you bring ? Just bring yourself and friends, you can RSVP for yourself and guests. Some people kindly bring along game-friendly snacks to share. Please no Cheetos or greasy snack residue on the games. If you want you can bring along games for yourself and others to play; we are always interested in new games or old classics; Interested in playing a specific game ? mention that in the comments for the specific meetup and someone may have or know the game.
