Participants will work towards passing the Water Competency Sequence, which includes: 1. Jumping into deep water

1. Floating on back or Treading water for 1 minute

2. Spin a full circle to orient towards and exit

3. Swim with rhythmic breathing 25 yards

4. Climb out on wall without help
