Let us wake up and find easy stretches and exercises you can do to
improve both your body and mind. I will focus on problem areas such as
posture, neck, back, core. This week we will learn stretches to
increase mobility and functional fitness. I will review some of the
balance and core exercises from last week too! So many of us now are
on our phones, computers, etc.. take a break and release and unwind! I
will add the zoom link closer to the day of the event.
