Designed for students who currently practice one of the tai-chi forms
(such as the 24 or 37 posture forms), this course provides an
exploration of the Yang Style Tai Chi Sword, a beautiful and powerful
traditional Chinese martial art form. Students will learn the
54-posture Yang Tai Chi Sword form, focusing on the fundamental
principles of Tai Chi, including rootedness, alignment, balance, and
the integration of mind and body.
