For those who want to increase their SAIL activity to THREE times a
week.
This is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness class for
older adults who wish to stay active and independent, and to reduce
their risk of falling. Specific muscle groups are targeted to enhance
strength and balance. Have fun while exercising with music, chairs,
and light weights.
