TRS - CVA/TBI Water Safety Class - San Diego, CA 2025

Description This water safety program is designed for individuals recovering from a cerebrovascular accident (CVA), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), etc. The program goals are to learn how to properly use a lifejacket, practice how to get to the side of the pool safely, practice floating skills, and learn how to help someone in trouble. Please bring a swimsuit and a towel, and dress accordingly for the weather (warm clothing, hats, etc.) Caregivers shall accompany participants in the water for activities.
