Juxtaposing the harsh, repressive world of 19th century rural Germany with an exhilarating contemporary pop-rock score, _SPRING AWAKENING_ is a poignant and thrilling ride that stings with resonance for anyone who has experienced the madness of being young. _SPRING AWAKENING_ contains simulated sexual activity, depictions of physical abuse and suicide, and discussion of sexual violence. _The show may not be appropriate for young children, and parental discretion is encouraged._ The show runs 135 minutes, which includes one intermission.
