MINDFUL MONDAY GROUP MEDITATIONS INCLUDE A BRIEF INTRODUCTION AND
INSTRUCTION REGARDING THE NIGHT S PRACTICE. Meditation types include
Tibetan MINDFULNESS SITTING, walking, awareness, contemplation,
lovingkindness, and various guided meditations. Our intention is to
help train your monkey mind, open your heart, let go of resentments
and judgements and find more contentment in life. I can t promise you
overnight results, but I can promise real change with continued
commitment. We have a great group and we would love for you to join
