The lottery signups for Convocation Year Three will run from now until
Sunday, May 3rd at 11:59pm on the Eventbrite link in the Instagram bio
or by going directly to the Eventbrite.
You are putting your name into the draw (free ticket) for an
opportunity to purchase one of the remaining spots in the club. It is
open to anybody. Proxies are allowed if you are selected. Any
duplicate entries will be removed, only one entry per email address.
The random drawing will take place on the morning of May 4th and
winners will receive an Eventbrite invitation to purchase their
membership immediately after via email, so check your inbox and spam
folders, and you will have 48 hours to secure your membership.
Only those selected as lottery winners will receive an email from
Eventbrite. If anybody selected from the first round of the lottery
chooses to not purchase, a small second lottery will take place and I
will send those emails on May 6th, giving those people 48 hours to
purchase as well. Thank you and good luck!

The cost to join The Convocation is $400 plus tax and Eventbrite fees
for what is included above (12 bottles of beer, 1 gift (2nd Edition of
the Horus tiki mug), and all other perks) distributed randomly across
the 12 month period as the beers become ready. The membership will be
active from June 2020 to May 2021.
Club allotments will be distributed as the beers become ready. There
will be at least ten different pickup opportunities spread randomly
throughout the year, but my goal is to have many more like I did this
past year and also mix them up between Saturdays and Sundays.
The first pickup for Convocation Year Three will be Sunday, July 12th
and those available beers will be announced soon. In addition, each
future release will be announced via email and Instagram each time,
along with the determination of future pickup windows.
If you cannot make it to a pickup, you can just grab your allotments
at the next pickup or the one after that, no big deal. Club members
just need to pick up all beers by the end of the membership year (May
2021) regardless of if they will be part of the club the following
year. Don’t sweat it if you cannot make it to each one or can only
come once or twice per year, your beers will be stored until you can
pick them up until May. Just remember I do not have a tasting room and
the pickups are on specific dates, so please make sure you or a proxy
can eventually come to pick up your beers.
You may name a proxy as stated above. Also, somebody can be a trustee
for more than one person if need be. A proxy can be a member of the
club themselves or they do not have to be, anybody may proxy. Either
you or your proxy/trustee must pick up your allotments in person, no
exceptions. Your trustee cannot be changed or added after your first
pickup.
Thanks for your support! I look forward to sharing my beer with you
over the next twelve months!!!
