Description Our WADO-RYU KARATE-DO program offers classes for children and adults to learn how to positively strive to handle stress and how to defend themselves. Our Self Defense Workshops are one day classes for youth and adults to learn a simple method of self-defense and personal safety. Come and learn from our amazing instructors! There will be no class in Monday, December 25h. Health Notes: - The YMCA follows all state and local health requirements, and all participants and spectators will be required to do the same. Masks are optional for participants and spectators. -Routine screen testing is not required , but highly recommended.
