Join us every Monday for an all- levels Yoga to get over a crazy
Monday and set yourself up for success for the week! Bring a mat and a
friend :D Please text me ahead of time to coordinate (424-250-3748)
{{Great for beginners, Challenging for everyone}} Arrive at 7pm for
nearby available parking, class starts right at 7:30pm. Give yourself
a few extra minutes to find our free neighborhood parking, check in,
and to meet others.
What to expect: An epic yoga class focusing on strength building,
core, and focus on tight hips from weekend-warrior'ing or
desk-working, plus an epic post-recovery shake while we host a healthy
fun mixer and meet other Fun, Fitness/Zen-minded new Friends! When you
arrive at LYTE, please let whoever greets you know that you are my
guest (Melissa) so we can meet before we begin! And PLEASE text me
ahead of time to coordinate parking and details (424-250-3748)
Lets strengthen our fit, healthy active community by bringing a
friend! We are a community-based group, not a big gym so we grow by
word of mouth.
This new center is also open throughout the day so you can stop in for
a healthy breakfast or lunch smoothie, or even a little
metabolism-boosting boba tea! I've put my heart and soul into this
