PARKVIEW DR.,  AURORA, CO 80011 AT THE SOUTH MIDDLE SCHOOL Calling All Ladies. . . Please join us on this special weekend for an inspiring and uplifting time together in the Lord.  We’ll hear dynamic speakers, songs of praise, and intriguing workshops. There will be topics to help us be the women God designed us to be.  You don’t want to miss this!   Friday Night 8/14 - Sign in begins at 5:00 p.m. in the auditorium. Dinner is served at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. The kick-off program starts at 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Saturday 8/15 - If you did not come on Friday night, the Saturday sign in begins at 7:00 a.m. in the auditorium.  Continental breakfast is at 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.  Lunch is 12:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.  The program starts at 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the auditorium. Ages 16 and above may attend.   WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT? There is plenty of free parking.     WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT? We will have writing supplies and plenty of water for hydration.  Bring a sweater because the auditorium is cool in the summer.   HOW CAN I CONTACT THE ORGANIZER WITH ANY QUESTIONS? This event is FREE.  We ask that you cancel your registration at Eventbrite by July 7, 2020 if you are unable to attend.   DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT? It will be helpful and speed up your sign in if you bring your confirmation.   CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION? Yes.   IS MY REGISTRATION FEE OR TICKET TRANSFERRABLE? Your registration is transferrable.    IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS? Yes.  We'll manage the change onsite if you give your ticket to someone else. Multiple copies of a registration will not be accepted.
