AGENDA (1PM - 4PM) The CONFERENCE KICKS OFF WITH A KEYNOTE ADDRESS BY SAM ASSEFA - DIRECTOR OF SEATTLE'S OFFICE OF PLANNING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND FORMER CITY OF BOULDER URBAN DESIGNER – covering smart growth advances that Boulder could consider adopting. Following the keynote address, we will hear from a panel experts in disciplines as diverse as social equity and transportation mobility.
