note that Public Hearing items may not be addressed during the Open
Comment section of the MEETING. If you would like to speak to a
Public Hearing item, you will need to sign up in person on the day of
the City COUNCIL MEETING AFTER 5 P.m. in the COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
If you do not want to speak at the City Council meeting, but would
like to submit comments prior to the meeting, you may email them
directly to City Council members at council@bouldercolorado.gov.
