If you do not want to speak at the City Council meeting, but would like to submit comments prior to the meeting, you may email them directly to City Council members at council@bouldercolorado.gov.   NOTE: ALL CORRESPONDENCE TO CITY COUNCIL IS CONSIDERED PUBLIC RECORD.
