Dairy Arts Center

In this two hour workshop, participants will learn about natural fibers, plant pigments, and how to naturally dye fabric all in the process of dyeing something of your own. Each person will be supplied with one tea towel and will work with a variety of supplied dried plants and modifiers to really explore the possibilities of natural color! Plan to walk out of this workshop with a beautifully dyed tea towel and a basic knowledge of dyeing with botanicals.

Meet the Maker:

Leah Rich is a slow fashion designer and artist working with natural dyes and upcycled cotton through her company Round Trip Goods. She loves sharing her knowledge and passion for plant dying methods and sustainable textiles with others through community building, teaching, art, and fashion.
