family and past clients, networking is the most effective - and
inexpensive - method to get new clients. However, many people have
never been shown how to network effectively, AND have fun while they
are doing it. Join us for this class where we will review effective
and proven networking techniques, then role play common situations to
build your skills. At the end of the class, you will:
•Understand how many "A" people you need in your sphere to earn your
target income
•Have a clear work plan of what you need to do to increase your
sphere size
•Discover common mistakes agents make when building relationships
and how to avoid them
•Learn how to meet someone for the first time and set yourself apart
from all of the other brokers they know
•Understand the two main dimensions of relationship building:
Character and Competence, and how to develop both
•How to demonstrate you are a competent agent with no chance of it
sounding like bragging
•How to ask for referrals in a way that will not make you or your
friend feel bad or awkward
•How to accomplish all of these tasks even if you are not an
