Description Walkthroughs are a required, one-hour, logistics meeting
with Event Facility staff. At this meeting, you will review details
specific to your event. Permit holders are strongly encouraged to
bring along friends, family and vendors that are involved in the
planning process to see the facility prior to event day. Permit
holders are limited to ONE walkthrough prior to their event.
