Renew You 2018 will be hosted at the Aspen Pointe Cafe at the Garden of the Gods Citizens Service Center at 1675 Garden of the Gods Rd, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This event is open to the public and FREE of charge!! So bring the whole family to learn, explore and discover what Colorado Springs has to offer to families looking to get healthy, green and well!!

The Essential Wellness Society was founded by Sarah Grant, local herbalist and business owner of A Garden of Healing. Her goal for this holistic society was to bring local, holistic businesses together under one roof to educate the community on how to develop a plan to live a healthier and more active lifestyle.
