learning more about the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless and its
services and impact on the community. Public education tours of the
innovative STOUT STREET HEALTH CENTER ARE PROVIDED TWICE A MONTH: the
2nd Thursday at 5 PM or the 3rd Friday at 12 PM. If this tour is full,
please look for alternative dates in Eventbrite. We are occasionally
able to accommodate large tour groups with specific time and date
requests. Please complete the form on our website located
here: https://www.coloradocoalition.org/form/tour-request
[https://www.coloradocoalition.org/form/tour-request] with the date
and time your group requires, and she will be in touch to confirm
availability. TOUR REQUIREMENTS All visitors must be at least 18 years
of age. Minors over the age of 8 are welcome to attend when
accompanied by a parent, guardian, or school representative. All
student tours require one adult per 6 minors. This is a walking tour
through the 52,000 square foot building. Please be prepared to stand
for the entire tour. This building and the tour is handicapped
accessible. Firearms are prohibited at the Stout Street Health Center
unless required by your profession. In those specific instances, we
ask that firearms are concealed carry to meet the philosophy of
Coalition services operating in a trauma-informed manner. HOW TO
PREPARE Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the tour start time
(the Health Center closes at 5 pm so this is particularly important
for Thursday tours). Attendees arriving after 10 minutes from the tour
start time may be asked to reschedule. To protect the privacy of our
patients, pictures and video recordings are prohibited. Tour guides
can provide interior and exterior building photos upon request.
