PROJECT HELPING ORGANIZES VOLUNTEER EVENTS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO
MAKE AN IMPACT — both on you and your community. Through
VOLUNTEERING, you can actively invest in your communities while also
reaping the benefits of increased mental wellness. We create
opportunities for you to practice kyndfulness!WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
Join Project Helping volunteers to improve your mental wellness! Our
group will assist in the daily services provided to the homeless at
Father Woody’s Haven of Hope. Volunteer tasks change daily depending
on what they need the most. We could be in the kitchen helping with
meal prep; in the dining room serving meals or cleaning; in the
Donation Area/Clothing Room sorting, cleaning, organizing, and moving
clothing to racks for guests; or in the Hygiene area assisting with
laundry or assembling hygiene packs.
