Some of DENVER's BEST local studios and instructors have teamed up to
bring you FOUR SUMMER Saturday sweat sessions! Fitness, yoga, music,
and food collide to create four memorable events, taking place in
DENVER's beautiful CIVIC CENTER PARK.
Civic Center SWEATS offers three (very) different fitness modalities
each participant can choose from. After the first hour of movement,
everyone comes together for a one hour yoga practice. All classes
featuring SoundOff Colorado headphone technology. After both the
fitness and yoga offerings, food trucks will be on site available for
lunch purchase. Your favorite brands will also be there providing
services, and food and drink snacks in a vendor village.
Civic Center SWEATS timeline:
9am-10am: Fitness (three types/studios to choose from)
10:15am-11:15am: Yoga
11:15-12:30: Food trucks/lunch/vendor village
Price: $25 per event OR $75 "Summer Bundle" all four Saturdays.
Dates: 6/23, 7/28, 8/25, 9/22
