Life Coaching With Bukky

This is for those that want to do inner and outer work and tighten up the bolts in their lives. COACHING'S A POWERFUL BOOSTING TOOL AND I'VE SEEN IT WORK WONDERS FOR MYSELF AND FOR THOSE I'VE COACHED.Here is a response to a recent interview question: “I’m BUKKY AND I SUPPOSE I’ve always believed in the core spirit of life COACHING, which is that life can be better, and that it takes work to make it better, no matter what that part of life that is. This belief in better led me to meditation, and the study of spirituality, which enabled me to start to detach a little from the mind, and find a deeper purpose for my life. Then it led to my study of therapy and counselling, where I learnt to listen and empathise with others. Finally it led me to coaching, which I’d consider the art of action and change. What I’ve learnt as I’ve got older is that defining and refining the trajectory of your growth, will get you much closer to your goal, much faster, and that process of defining and refining is where a coach comes in. It cuts through the anxiety that comes with making a big transition, it provides stability and support when taking on a new challenge, and it enables one to see where one is going, when one is unsure. COACHING IS BASICALLY A SHORTCUT. It puts a circle around where you’re at, and points you in the direction you’re headed.
