GROUP RUN W/certified running coaches Tucker Grose + Sara
Manderscheid.Workouts designed to develop strength, speed, efficiency,
form, and endurance. Includes a warm-up, dynamic drills, and
stretches, coached workout adjusted to your needs, and a cooldown
post-workout.
We will have two options, one being an easy run around Sloan s Lake at
a conversational pace, the second being a higher intensity workout
targeting specific speed adaptions.
Optional post-run beverages at Odell Brewing, 1625 Perry St, Denver,
CO 80204!
All are welcome: experienced runners to beginners!
COVID-19 precautions will be taken, all individuals must have a
buff/face covering and we will break up into small groups to allow for
proper social distancing. Do not come if you are feeling sick or have
been exposed to anyone with COVID-19.
