Breakfast At Urban Peak / Volunteer with Off The Mat Colorado

2020 will be the 8th year for our BREAKFASTS!IMPORTANT Food Items will be listed in the order of greatest need. When registering to attend please consider signing up for the first item that is available. Each month Off The Mat Colorado brings the yoga community together in the service of others. Once a month we provide, prepare and serve breakfast at Urban Peak youth shelter. Urban Peak is the only non-profit organization in Denver that provides a full convergence of services for youth ages 15 through 24 experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Please join us in supporting these young people with a nourishing meal prepared with love and care as they move toward a self-sufficient, empowered future. Participation in service opportunities is free. We do ask that you bring a food item. Contact the organizer if this provides to be a challenge. To ensure a meaningful experience, we use a ticketing system. Though all food items are needed, the items are listed in priority of the greatest need for a successful meal.
