ABOUT THIS GATHERING Bringing together PEOPLE OF COLOR IN A SPIRIT OF MUTUAL SUPPORT AND EMPOWERMENT, we will learn and experience the practices of MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION SO THAT WE MIGHT FIND NOURISHMENT AND INSPIRATION WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY.Every month, we will focus our practice on a theme ranging from resilience, to self care to everything in between. We will have guest teachers to share a variety of mindfulness techniques including how to engage the breath, movement, sound healing, and much more. No prior experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an open heart. $10 Suggested Donation Trained in India, Zhalisa Clarke specializes in Tibetan Singing Bowl sound healing and Vipassana meditation. She is also certified as a yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner. Learn more at www.lunavibrations.com.
