Description Start your Tuesday morning off with a Lakefront yoga class
that will encompass stability, mobility, flexibility and balance while
exploring the mind body breath connection. With the beautiful outdoors
as our setting we will reconnect in nature with this dynamic and
uplifting class. Taught by Sandy Cox. Please bring a mat, water bottle
and layers incase of chilly weather! Class will meet on the lake house
deck. No inside access.
